Site Safety Training (SST) Full Compliance Date changed to March 1st, 2021

On August 27, 2020 the New York City Council voted to extend Site Safety Training (SST) Full Compliance date.

Instead of September 1st, 2020 new deadline for site safety training full compliance is March 1, 2021.
By March 1st, 2021, workers on Site Safety Training (SST) construction sites must complete the 40 hours of safety training mandated by Local Law 196 of 2017.
